Summary of our Privacy Policy
It covers the Tracktime website, mobile application, and all of the products on those websites. 

Our Privacy Commitment: Tracktime has never sold your information to someone else for advertising, or made money by showing you other people's ads, and we never will. This has been our approach for almost 5 years, and we remain committed to it. This policy tells you what information we collect from you, what we do with it, who can access it, and what you can do about it.

Part I – Information Tracktime collects and controls
We only collect the information that we actually need. Some of that is information that you actively give us when you sign up for an account, and use mobile application. We store your name, profile picture, contact information, and device location (for marking attendance) but we don't store payment details.
When you use our Tracktime software, we automatically log some basic information like device details that you use, and location that you use to mark attendance. We use this information to improve our services and product.

We collect location data to manage employees attendance, and location tracking during office working hours (with the consent of organization that user represent) even when the app is not closed (foreground activity) a or in use. We don't collect location data (in background) when app is closed. Organization has an access to enable or disable location tracking anytime for own users (or employees). We don't use the data for advertising or don't share it with third party.

What we do with your information
We use your information to provide the services you've requested, create and maintain through the mobile application. We analyse the information we collect to understand user needs and to improve our services. In all cases, we either have your consent or need the information to provide the service you've requested from us.

You can decline all kinds of permissions, and information if you’re not actively using the software or services. We limit access to your personal information to our employees and contractors who have a legitimate need to use it. We keep your personal information for as long as it is required for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

Part II – Information that Tracktime processes on your behalf
You own your service data. We protect it, limit access to it, and only process it according to your instructions. You may access it, and request that we export or delete it. We hold the data in your account as long as you choose to use Tracktime Services. After you terminate the contact, your data will be automatically deleted from our active database, and we never access after that.

Tracktime’s Privacy Commitment
We ask for only the least amount of information necessary, gathering only what we believe is essential for using our services, and software. All the information we collect, is published on or linked only to our services.

What information Tracktime collects
We collect information about you only if we need the information for some legitimate purpose. 

Information that you provide us:
i. Registration: When you create an account to access of our services, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, address, and date of birth to complete the account signup process. 
ii. Manage Attendance: When you mark daily attendance using the software, we ask for location like latitude, and longitude (because an user can mark attendance from office location in range of 50 meters, or contactor can mark attendance through the website).
Information that we collect automatically:
i. Information from devices: When you use our software, we collect information that mobile devices make available, such as the internet protocol address, date and time of access, operating system, mobile device manufacturer and mobile network information. We include these in our log files to understand more about users.

Purposes for using information
In addition to the purposes mentioned above, we may use your information for the following purposes:
• To communicate with you (such as through email, and sms) about products, and important notices;
• To keep you posted on new products and services;
• To understand how users use our products and services, to monitor and prevent problems, and to improve our products and services;
• To provide customer support, and to analyse and improve our interactions with customers
